Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps for a refund or replacement:
Report the incident within 7 days from the delivery date by sending an email to chairman@angammalagrofoods.com or via WhatsApp 9597 440 222. Your email should include:
Order Number
Image of the outer package
Clear image of the damaged product
If your order contains multiple items, only the affected item will be eligible for a refund/replacement.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Wrong Products or Missing Products
If you receive missing or wrong products, please follow these steps:
Report the incident within 7 days from the delivery date by sending an email to chairman@angammalagrofoods.com or via WhatsApp 9597 440 222. Your email should include:
Order Number
Image of the outer package
Image of the opened box with all the products received
Unboxing video or opening video of the package
We will promptly re-ship the missing item. In the case of a wrong item delivered, we will arrange for pick-up from your address, and the correct product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.
The escalation will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
Note: If, by mistake, you placed an order for the wrong product and wish to exchange it for the correct one, please note that the pickup and delivery charges will be extra.
Quality Issues or Quality Discrepancy
If you encounter quality issues (improperly sealed/expired products), please follow these steps:
Report the incident within 7 days from the delivery date by sending an email to chairman@angammalagrofoods.com or via WhatsApp 9597 440 222. In the email, include:
Order Number
Date of packaging/ date of manufacture
Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
Once we receive your request, we will notify you of its status within 24 to 48 hours.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when received.
It must be unused.
It must be in its original packaging.
